Upgrading of Sandkraal Road - Phase 1
The project comprises of the upgrading and widening of a section of Sandkraal Road between Industrial Street and the N2 Interchange ramps. The site of the works falls within the jurisdiction of the George Municipality. This upgrading forms part of the George Mobility Strategy.

Road Safety Improvements - Construction of Maphiveni Junction
The improvements includes the widening of the existing formation, pavement layers and concrete paved surfacing to accommodate turning lanes, construction of kerbed paved sidewalks, bus bays and shelters and improvements to existing road signage.

KomatiI river bridge on MR1
This project involved the design and construction of a new high level bridge on Main Road 1 MR1 across the Komati River to replace the lower existing bridge which will be submerged by the waters of the proposed Maguga Dam on the Komati River near Piggs Peak in the north east region of Swaziland.

National Route N17 between Klipspruit Valley Road and Nasrec Road
The project involves the design and construction of the N17 Link Road between Klipspruit Valley Road (at Soweto) and Nasrec Road, including the upgrading and widening of Nasrec Road between Soweto Highway and Main Reef Road south-east of Johannesburg. The newly constructed N17 passes through existing mine slime dumps, which was also utilised for fill material.

Nasrec SARCC Infrastructure Intervention to Serve FNB Stadium
The South African Rail Commuter Corporation (SARCC) need to upgrade their rail infrastructure to enhance the rail based commuter capacity for the 2010 Soccer World Cup. This requires the construction of
(i) A twin-track slip link between the New Canada – Langlaagte and New Canada – Crown railway lines.
(ii) Two additional staging lines at Nasrec Station.
The project value is approximately R230-million.
